Riyadh - Mubasher: Investors in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) are anticipating a series of events during this week, between 26 February to 2 March, led by the launching of the parallel market.

The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) will launch tomorrow, 26 February, the Nomu-Parallel Market, as trade will begin seven companies.

Also on Sunday, Al Yamamah Steel Industries will hold its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to vote on distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2016 at SAR 1.5 per share, as well as to elect a new board of directors.

Meanwhile, Yamama Cement will be holding its EGM on Monday 27 February to vote on the board’s recommendation to distribute dividends for 2016 at SAR 1 per share.
